''You need to watch out your weight. You are slightly overweight and really need a right diet plan before things getting worse. Please control your eating habit and do a regular cardio exercise. Good for your heart and health too. Still young and overweight is not a good choice!''
I looked at him.
Apparently his size almost double than my size, and that flab outfront does'nt lie. Yes he is older than me, near 50 i presumed but that's does not give him permission to carry that excess weight.
It's ironic that this doctor would need help himself someday.
